God awful customer service. I ordered two rolls of wallpaper, they sent me five INCORRECT rolls (a completely different wallpaper). I called (but you can’t talk to anyone, only leave a message), and sent two emails. A rep emailed me back a few days later requesting more photos in addition to those I already took of the paper sent to me and the box. Then, I was asked to send MORE! I don’t know what more proof they need; this is unbelievable. It’s been four days since then (almost two weeks with the WRONG PAPER), and I have received no reply. This is truly ridiculous. My installer was supposed to install after I received the paper, but now I have no idea when I’ll get my correct order. I’m beyond frustrated that I cannot speak to a person and just get the order I ordered a month ago SENT AND RUSH SHIPPED at this point. What a joke. Don’t bother ordering from this company.
