I Placed an order for a Havenhurst Jute rug and delivery was scheduled for Friday, July 26, 2024. Metropolitan delivery contacted me that the order was still in California and would have to be tracked down to be able to send it to the Dallas area and then I would be contacted again with Expected 7 to 10 days Delivery Before arriving in the Dallas area once the item was located. This is not acceptable customer service . Paid $215 for shipping and cannot get answers regarding estimated delivery or contact Lulu in Georgia with Customer Service.
