I purchased an ivory Sarah Sherman Samuel x Lulu and Georgia mirror that arrived crumbling and with brown stains on it. I am echoing other reviews that Lulu and Georgia has been very tough to get in touch with. I don’t care if a company doesn’t have a phone line if they answer email promptly! Not the case. I have no assurance that my shipping and return will be refunded with my damaged item. How hard is it to approve a return with photo evidence within 24 hours in the case of a defective item that cost over $900?
