Three weeks later, no response from Lulu and Georgia. I placed an order on October 9 for a pillow, and they have the audacity to not respond to any of my inquiries on the status of the order. I'm livid. Filing a BBB complaint and will speak to my bank.Side note: I noticed that on Lulu and Georgia's customer review page, I can't filter on star ratings. I left a one-star review, and unless it's being moderated or taking time to display (I'm not going to be naive here), the reviews that most people will see are 5-star ratings curated to the top. Scroll through pages and pages, and all you see are 5 ratings. That is impossible and the probability of that is unrealistic. A basic feature that is on all review pages is the ability to filter. Even poorly performing companies who aren't afraid of transparency and want to improve have this feature on their review's page. This company is conniving beyond belief.Edit: I decided I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as well. This company needs to be investigated.
