Update:Upon posting of this review, Lulu and Georgia customer service contacted me. They began to help, but have stopped again. They agreed to give me a credit of $399.50 back to my bank and to send me the missing bed slats (which they did). However, I have yet to receive the credit amount promised. Every correspondence is through email. No one will call you back. Still no resolution.I would not recommend ordering furniture from this company. I ordered the Nabiha Platform bed, which arrived damaged and missing bed slats. I promptly contacted their customer support with pictures and videos of the damage and left a message on their automated customer service line. Additionally, the delivery company they partner with, Metropolitan Warehouse, has also made multiple attempts to reach their customer support on my behalf, including sending pictures and videos. Despite their website's claim of a 1-2 business day response time, I have received no response. I plan to dispute this with my credit card service and the Better Business Bureau.
