I am updating this review to reflect that I received assistance from Lulu and Georgia who provided a full refund. Because of the poor quality of the piece, I won’t order from them again, but I’m very appreciative of the customer service. I just received an expensive new nightstand from Lulu and Georgia and noted right away that I couldn’t easily open the second drawer and the third drawer didn’t open but an inch or two. The delivery person yanked the second drawer open, and now it won’t close. I called right away, and can only communicate via a VM, and then sent a message through their messaging line. No response. Left another VM and sent a second and third message. This should be a priority for the company. This isn’t the case of a ding or a scratch but a completely unworkable piece of furniture. The fact that I can’t speak to a live person is extremely frustrating. I have no idea when/if this will be resolved.
