My order states it was delivered via FedEx. It was delivered to an address in California NOT to my home address in another state.As a consumer, I am extremely frustrated. The order was placed and not shipped for days. Chat with company x 2 and I was told shipping was delayed "due to weather"! Cannot reach the company by phone. Correspondence by email/chat only. Have not heard back from the company in 24 hrs and they do not respond over weekends.I want my order but will never shop again at this company. I also have notified my original payment source.
