I placed an order with Lulu and Georgia on March 26th. They charged my credit card. I got a confirmation email of my order, but never got a shipping confirmation. So I tried calling them. No phone number for customer service so I had to do a chat. Emily from the chat said it can take up to 7-10 days for an order to be processed for shipping. Today is April 9th. They are asking me to "review" my product and it hasn't even shipped. I would give Lulu and Georgia and "F" for customer service an follow through. I would like to get the pillows I ordered.
