Item color is not even close to as pictured, but to make things a thousand times worse, customer service is all automated, very inefficient and beyond impersonal. Messages (via chat!! ugh!!) have at least a 24 hour delay between them (typically more) making that spacing impossible to accomplish anything. It has been nearly 3-weeks while I try to set up a return. Very frustrating after a furniture purchase worth nearly $2k.
