I ordered a doormat in August of 2025, and six months later, after numerous "shipping updates" I had still not received my order. It was very frustrating not to be able to call and talk to someone about it. They don't have a customer service phone number. I finally requested a refund and am still waiting for it to appear on my credit card statement. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. Never again.
