I returned a rug I ordered through Lulu and Georgia a month ago and have not received a refund or any correspondence regarding the return. I have emailed customer support multiple times and left a message on their toll free phone line, but have still not received any response. I even ordered a new rug to replace the one I sent back but I now want to cancel it as I am not convinced I will even receive it. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Hopefully this gets resolved, but I doubt I will ever order from this company again.
