Ordered a rug that said it would ship within 5-7 business days. It's been a month and not a single message from them. They don't have a phone but all my messages and emails to them have no response. We just want our rug. Otherwise, how do we cancel if you don't respond?I can't give them more than one star because, so far, they've failed on every level. I wish I had a product to review!
