I ordered a door mat on September 21. It is December 7 and I just got it. Never stated back order or anything. The bloom doormat to be exact. After waiting 2 months I reached out asking for a refund as I was tired of waiting. Then, all of a sudden it was ready to ship they said. Well, I received it today it was completely different not even close to what I ordered. Seems as if they dodged a refund and sent what was in stock hoping I’d be ok with it. Sadly, I’ll be taking it up with my cc company if I’m refunded.
