Purchased a Galilea floor mirror which shipped with wall mounts not rated for the weight of the mirror. After the mirror crashed off the wall less than 24 hours after mounting, destroying our baseboard and outlet, they only offered a refund on the mirror. Now we have an expensive repair to do, and also have to pay someone to have the mirror disposed of.
