Recently had AppConnect - Apple CarPlay and Voice Control activated on my 2018 vehicle, which came with the full glass screen but didn’t have these features enabled from the factory. The representative explained the entire process clearly and was very nice and professional throughout. They also updated my navigation system, which helps in finding newly built streets, especially when I run out of charge and have to rely on built-in maps. What impresses me is that the final result is identical to our other vehicle, which has CarPlay pre-installed from the factory. There’s no difference in functionality with their coding – everything works perfectly, from voice commands to navigation. It's clear they are experts in this field! Thanks!
