What a discovery! I had been searching for someone to unlock my Apple Carplay on my 2018 vehicle for quite some time, and I refused to pay dealership prices for a code! From my first message to receiving my files via email took less than an hour. The instructions were straightforward, just needed to transfer the files to an SD card (I used the maps on my unit). The installation process took under an hour, and boom - Apple Carplay activated! They also sent me the latest navigation files for my unit, so I have the best of both worlds. Recently had AppConnect - Apple CarPlay and Voice Control activated on my 2018 vehicle, which came with the full glass screen but didn’t have these features enabled from the factory. The representative explained the entire process clearly and was very nice and professional throughout. They also updated my navigation system, which helps in finding newly built streets, especially when I run out of charge and have to rely on built-in maps. What impresses me is that the final result is identical to our other vehicle, which has CarPlay pre-installed from the factory. There’s no difference in functionality with their coding – everything works perfectly, from voice commands to navigation. It's clear they are experts in this field! Thanks!
