I can only echo what others have already said. The tablet was entirely unworkable for use in the UK as it was set up in Chinese. Even after changing the language to English, we couldn't download or access apps or Google services. I purchased it thinking it was from a UK-based company, but I later found out that this company has a lot of negative feedback. I sent it back to the return address on the label, but they are refusing to refund me, stating that sending it back to China would be costly! I did not buy from China. There are sellers that seem to be based in the UK when they actually are not. Be cautious and ensure you are genuinely dealing with a UK seller rather than a Chinese one.
