I can only echo what others have mentioned. The tablet was completely ineffective for use in the UK as it came formatted in Chinese. Even after switching the language to English, we were unable to download or access any apps or Google services. I bought it under the impression that it was from a UK-based company, but I later discovered that this company has poor reviews. I returned it to the address provided on the label, but they are refusing to issue a refund, claiming it would be expensive to send it back to China! I did not buy from China. There are businesses that appear to be based in London but are, in fact, not. Exercise caution and ensure you are truly dealing with a UK company rather than a Chinese one.
Avoid ordering from this company! They are not based in the UK. Their product is completely subpar and not worth the price. Normally, we would check reviews, but since this was a gift and their website seemed reputable, we decided to place an order. First issue, it took ages to arrive (from China). Second, the box only had a picture of the product with no other information. Third, there was no UK plug, just a two-pin plug and a cheap charging cable. The user manual was poorly assembled and useless. The tablet itself was made of cheap plastic and seemed ready to fall apart. Initially, it was all in Chinese, and when we finally set it to English, we faced numerous problems connecting to Google and other apps. Our security software flagged several issues. After reaching out to the support team, they offered a meager refund, but only under the condition that we confirmed the product was functional. After many emails, they increased their offer slightly, but we still felt scammed. They mentioned we could return the product, but we'd have to cover customs fees and local taxes, which could end up being quite expensive. Overall, we felt completely deceived. Please, avoid this company.
Completely unsatisfactory! I considered this as a gift for a child with learning disabilities, as it was advertised to support educational apps. It was supposed to arrive by December 23rd and appeared to be from a UK site (not realizing it was from China). It didn't arrive until December 28th. On the first day of setup, there was an attempt to hack into the Google account. It prompted for a security update, and the last update was from 2018! I thought it was a new product—total false advertising! Now, trying to return it, they claim I must pay to ship it back to China, including all associated taxes and fees! They did offer a 10% refund to keep it, but updating the security would cost more than that, and what good is a tablet that can't connect to the internet? Additionally, the selling site has been shut down, suggesting they profited during the holiday season by selling subpar products.
