However, when the installers arrived, the custom wood grills were missing, and the work order didn’t cover the area under the dishwasher. After hours of trying to resolve the issue, I was informed they couldn’t proceed until the grills were delivered, which would take weeks. I had already hired a plumber and moved furniture at considerable expense, and now I was left without a solution from the company. I requested compensation for my expenses, but the store manager suggested I contact corporate, which was unhelpful. I received no callbacks, and the situation remains unresolved. I cannot recommend this company for comprehensive solutions.
