I think the positive reviews for this shop might be fake, as I was shocked when my item rocked up. The coat looks like it’s made in a cheap sweatshop in a third world country and looks nothing like the image on the website. It’s made from see through cheap cotton that looks like a bed sheet. There are several loose threads, the button holes are frayed and the item is quite frankly not wearable. When I asked for a return/refund, I was told that they could only give a 20% refund and I had to keep the item because the shipping costs for the return are too expensive. I said I was happy to get a full refund and pay the return fees, but the customer service team then told me again they could give me a 30% refund, and then again a 50% refund. So for whatever reason they do not want me sending the item back, and do not want to provide a full refund or return address . Very disappointing as the item wasn’t cheap!
