I bought a product from them, and paid. It never arrived. I complained, they said they shipped it again, and sent tracking info. It never arrived. The tracking info on the tracking says the shipment was cancelled. This is not a shop, it is an agency for collecting money from fools. As with every site: Ignore the official Trustpilot rating, look at how many reviews are one star.[addition after reply from Lumeers]The key fact of the situation is that I paid for something in September, this is January, and I have received nothing. They say they shipped something twice, but the tracking information says the shipments were cancelled. I have now been promised a refund, but contrary to the vendor's statement, I have NOT received it, and the problem is NOT resolved. Maybe it will come, maybe not. Either way, why would you use this company? 47% one star reviews, 425 clients who did not get treated well.
