The Airflow Heater is a low-quality product, most likely a mass-produced item from a factory in China. I had planned to return it, but, as many others have mentioned, the cost of sending it back to Spain made it impractical. A good reminder to buy local next time.I would have rated this company slightly higher, but the customer service was also disappointing. When I emailed to request return details, they confused me with another customer who happened to share my name and had filed a complaint. Even after I pointed out the mix-up, they refused to acknowledge it. Very unprofessional experience overall.
