Where to start… Just keep clear of this company. I ordered a head torch as a birthday gift. It failed to arrive . I contacted the company and they advised it had been posted and gave me a tracking number, I checked the number and it showed the item had not been handed over to Royal Mail . I checked a few days later, same update. I contacted the company and was informed it would be with me in 2 days . 3 days later I contacted the company again they blamed Royal Mail. I was told to give it a couple of days as Royal Mails tracking services had problems and the item was in the post.I then asked for a refund as the item had missed the date for the birthday present. They refused stating the item was in the post and I could return it once received for a refund. But was assured it would be with me in 1 or 2 days. I waited 3 days contacted them again as the Royal Mail tracking services and trace showed the company had not yet posted the item. I contacted the company today and was informed they are awaiting a reply from Royal Mail . They stated they will not issue a refund until they hear back from Royal Mail. I have myself contacted Royal Mail who stated to date the company have listed the item on track and trace but have NOT posted it. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are still refusing a refund. I will update this post once resolved.I eventually was fully refunded. I’ll never buy from them again.
