I was a repeat customer and pretty happy with my results. My second order was for three months worth of medication. It was shipped on 2/16 to be delivered on 2/18. I did not receive my package until 2/21. I called LumiMeds about the late delivery and was told my medication was fine to use. I was told the medication can be at room temperature for 21 days. I explained that I have already lost 3 days so the medication will only be good for another 18 days although it is a month's worth. Furthermore, I only received one month of meds. Paul told me he would refund me all but $100.00 of my order which would give me a refund of $549. Reluctantly, I agreed. Later this morning I received a voicemail from Paul stating his team said he cannot give me a refund. The order had already been processed. No consideration for the meds that had not been kept cold, no consideration for the two months of medication that I never received.
I have disputed the charge with Amex.
