I was a repeat customer and pretty happy with my results. My second order was for three months worth of medication. It was shipped on 2/16 to be delivered on 2/18. I did not receive my package until 2/21. I called LumiMeds about the late delivery and was told my medication was fine to use. I was told the medication can be at room temperature for 21 days. I explained that I have already lost 3 days so the medication will only be good for another 18 days although it is a month's worth. Furthermore, I only received one month of meds. Paul told me he would refund me all but $100.00 of my order which would give me a refund of $549. Reluctantly, I agreed. Later this morning I received a voicemail from Paul stating his team said he cannot give me a refund. The order had already been processed. No consideration for the meds that had not been kept cold, no consideration for the two months of medication that I never received.
I have disputed the charge with Amex.
I used lumimeds starter pack and had great success, I have just ordered the value pack Dr. Walsh has responded to my questions and the process was very smooth The deliver came with updates and tracking numbers and was hand delivered to my door, the provider used Drug crafters and my first experience was an 18 lb. loss in approx. 6 weeks. Would highly recommend this company

I got my meds and took my 1st shot! From sign up, to my video appointment with a doctor and my shipment things went smoothly When I had a question and put it in the portal, it was answered within 24-48 hours. I appreciate the prompt responses and service I’ve received so far. I ordered a one time 3 month supply. I’m hoping I can afford to keep getting my GLP-1 through LumiMeds.
I went to 11 different sites today. I had bought from RemedyRX in my first month, and they were asking for a $150 increase!!! Lumimeds was my last site to check. Yes, I did get a discount, and the price will rise in 3 months, but it's better than the others. The Chat feature was what really won me over. I chatted with Carl. He was informative and helpful, but most importantly, he stayed with me until I had all my questions answered. He walked me through step by step on how to do everything. Several of the other sites would answer a question, and I waited for 20 minutes...one site ..GoMintMeds told me to call them during the chat, and when I did ...it said the office was closed!! (It was 4 pm EST, and they were in Ohio and said the office closed at 6!) Customer service is everything when you are spending this kind of hard-earned money. I was so lucky to find Lumimeds and to find Carl. I have to say GOOD HIRE lumimeds...Carl makes the difference!
The representative went above and beyond to assist me. I had been trying to get my questions answered for a week (mainly due to my own delays with following up on my situation), and he remained on the phone with me until everything was resolved. I would highly recommend the service based on his commitment. His customer service was truly exceptional.

I must express my strong satisfaction with the service I received. I submitted my application on 12/2/2025, and just 8 days later, my medication arrived. Although it was delivered a day late, it was packed on ice, which remained intact. Previously, I was with another provider who reduced my dosage to 10 mg, claiming they no longer offered 15 mg, which was misleading, as I hadn't lost any weight in 6 weeks and was spending a fortune. The new service provided me with 15 mg Tirezepitide, which helped me lose 50 pounds in 5 months. The cost is also much more reasonable at $215 a month. I appreciate the prompt responses from the support team, who get back to me within an hour via email. Thank you for your excellent service; I have three others ready to switch over as well! Additionally, they send two vials at first and ship the third one later to ensure freshness.
