I ordered a coat stand and it took forever to arrive. When it arrived it was damaged. Although the company says it's in the Netherlands the item came from China. The policy clearly states that damaged goods will be replaced or a refund given. Lumin-lights are denying my refund and say I have to pay for returning it. No I don't. The consumer rights act says I am entitled to a full refund as the item is damaged. I'm still in dispute with them and wiil be taking this further if they don't refund me. Do not order from this company. Luckily consumers are protected by the consumer rights act. I have sent them photos of their own policy stating that I am entitled to a refund. Very poor customer service and very slow to reply to emails.
