Ordered a corner floor light which resembles nothing close to what was shown in the photograph on the website. It gives out next to no light and is absolutely useless. A candle would produce more light.
Items are mutton dressed up as lamb. Cheap crap produced in China and they want a tracked delivery return which is so expensive there is no point in doing so. Do not order from this company as you’ll only be disappointed and out money.
Avoid this website; it presents itself as a European company while being based in China. The item I received was vastly different from what was shown online. The discrepancy was significant; it was clearly the wrong item. When I contacted customer support, they insisted the item was correct, but after some back-and-forth, they acknowledged the mistake. However, they then tried to charge me for return shipping. According to consumer law, sellers must cover return costs for misrepresented goods and issue a full refund. This company attempted to evade responsibility and misled me about what I received. Such behavior is unacceptable and illegal. The service was extremely poor, the advertising misleading, and their conduct raises serious concerns. I strongly advise against using this site.
STEER CLEAR! This is a SCAM. I purchased lights that were labeled as dimmable but were not. The return process is nearly impossible, and they pressure you by offering a partial refund to cover return shipping costs. This tactic is reminiscent of practices used by other companies, and I suspect a connection.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered a lamp, expecting it to ship from Europe. Upon receipt, the quality was disappointing and the remote didn't work. After a week of communication, I received return instructions, but the return address was in China, costing me a significant portion of the lamp's price to return! Overall, a dreadful experience. I would steer clear.
If I could rate lower, I would - the product was cheap and not from the expected location. It arrived without instructions. A rechargeable lamp advertised to last 12 hours only lasted 3 at most. The company offered a discount to keep the defective item and tried to convince me to avoid return costs. AVOID. Customer service is horrible.
I would rate 0 if possible! The lights took forever to arrive, and when they did, they were poorly packaged and a cheap imitation of what was advertised. They offered a partial refund or insisted I pay for returns to China, warning that the item might get lost on the way back.
