- one Christmas tree and an inflatable reindeer, otherwise no Christmas decorations at all Christmas event…- lack of Christmas songs- haunted house ride at a Christmas event- advertised Christmas grotto but was not there- not a single place to sit- show delayed- could not work out the images as hundreds of drones missing / not there- first image had no audio- last few minutes of the ‘show’ the drones completely blacked out- parking had a fee that seemed to differ for everyone- unsafe parking, families pushing cars out- expensive food and drinkHave emailed a few times for a refund but they are SILENT!
