We attended the Rudolph show and it was a complete disaster. There were multiple problems with the drones, as many failed to take off and participate in the display. The music and narrative soundtrack did not sync with the performance. With so many missing drones, it was impossible to figure out what they were meant to depict. The finale was completely dark as the drones landed too early. The rest of the event felt like an attempt to exploit a captive audience, with exorbitant prices for food, drinks, and rides. There were no seats, no shelter, and a lack of atmosphere. The parking situation was chaotic, with no organization from the event team. It took over an hour to exit the venue. Unfortunately, this was a major disappointment. I would not invest in this service again.
