I paid £120 for my family to attend, and we left the drone show early because it was pointless; it stopped working after just 11 minutes and we couldn't see anything. This company is appalling, with no refunds offered, just a weak apology despite acknowledging their mistakes. I truly hope they face consequences for this, and I advise others to avoid booking events with them. It was an utter waste of time and money, and nothing about it felt festive; it was simply a scheme to profit.
