Attended the event at a local venue and it was a total letdown! The food prices were outrageous, with children's rides costing £5 for just 4 minutes. The live performance featured three performers dressed as Santa, who struggled to sing. The light display was subpar, lacking animation and clarity, with too many gaps and not enough drones to create recognizable images. The narrative about Rudolf became confusing, veering off into an unrelated discussion about teeth, and even the drones seemed to give up, leaving it dark before the conclusion. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing. I chose to skip the £6 toasted marshmallows on a stick and left before the fire show, as we had seen enough. I can only imagine it involved those same three performers waving around lit matches.
