There was no festive grotto, just one inflatable reindeer as decoration. The karaoke Christmas sing-along featured a performer who didn’t remember the lyrics. There were no village stalls, and the 16-minute drone show was too unclear to enjoy, ending with a dark sky. Many left before it finished. I spent a significant amount on this disaster. They denied refunds to many, yet suggested a new date after Christmas, which completely misses the holiday spirit. It’s shameful to treat families this way.
