I ordered six items; I was charged for six items. I received five. I have called four times. I also contacted them by their online return portal. I did get a same-day response via email stating i would quickly receive a refund for the item that was out of stock and did not ship. I get the refund notification that same day. I do NOT like a company that you cannot contact by phone. An email is too easy to ignore. However, they did respond and I did get a refund. My advice? . . .Be cautious.
