I was just checking our their website and next thing I know. "Your order was submitted" I was thinking, maybe I'll give it a try since it's "try before you buy". Then I got my bank notification: I was charged $65.17. When I checked the order details it said it would be $6.42 for 3 products. I tried all day to reach out during their "business hours". Their chat is not a real chat. It's just a message that you send and someone is supposed to reply back via email but they never did.
