I wouldn’t even rate this company with a star! They took £300 from me, and all the items arrived damaged, one was missing a plug, and one of the masks I bought as Christmas gifts was broken. The lubricant for one mask was also missing, and all the boxes were completely damaged! I've sent pictures multiple times and have faced issues with customer service for 11 days. They keep avoiding my questions and claim that return shipping to America is my responsibility, even though everything is damaged! The responses I've received are absurd and unprofessional. They keep asking for photos when I've already sent over 30! They just don't want to refund my money! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I'm now filing a claim with my bank and payment service to get my money back, as customer service is utterly useless! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!
