Easy to use but I would have liked more detailed instructions about the function of each coloured light and how long to use them. None of this appears in the leaflet that comes with the Gloweyes.
I wasn’t sure if I would feel anything but the microcurrent gives a gentle tightening sensation and I can literally see my cheekbones more defined after using it. I am 52 this year and have been using this for 6 weeks now and am happy with the results with this mask.
From the very beginning, communication has been inadequate. I waited more than two weeks for my delivery, which still hasn't arrived, despite the status showing it as delivered. After sending three emails to the support team, I still haven't received a response, even after more than seven days. I am now compelled to cancel the transaction and unfortunately, I have to pursue a refund. And to make matters worse, there's still been no reply from the support team. I strongly advise steering clear of this service!
I ordered a LED face mask, and it arrived used and damaged. Now, they expect me to cover return shipping costs. It's been over a month, and customer service has been unhelpful, offering only a 40% discount on a used product, if they even respond. The mask doesn’t even turn on—are they serious? It seems very cheap, and I doubt it serves any purpose beyond just lighting up. I recommend exploring other options instead.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS. Everything looks and feels incredibly cheap, and they only process refunds if sent to a random address in the USA. They claim to be based in the UK, but tracking shows it came from China. The service is absolutely terrible and needs to be addressed.
I regret to inform everyone to steer clear of the skin rejuvenating LED face and neck mask. It's very uncomfortable, and when I tried to return it under their 90-day satisfaction guarantee, they completely ignored my messages. Now I have to involve trading standards. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
The product arrived with a faulty remote. I emailed them, and they requested video proof, which I provided. I asked for a refund since the product felt flimsy and the mask was uncomfortable. They offered a 10% partial refund and a replacement remote, which I declined. Then, they offered a 30% partial refund, which I also refused because I want a full refund. They told me I would need to send the item back to Texas at my own expense, and their warehouse would decide if I could receive a refund after inspection. This is despite my providing video evidence and requesting a refund.
I wouldn’t even rate this company with a star! They took £300 from me, and all the items arrived damaged, one was missing a plug, and one of the masks I bought as Christmas gifts was broken. The lubricant for one mask was also missing, and all the boxes were completely damaged! I've sent pictures multiple times and have faced issues with customer service for 11 days. They keep avoiding my questions and claim that return shipping to America is my responsibility, even though everything is damaged! The responses I've received are absurd and unprofessional. They keep asking for photos when I've already sent over 30! They just don't want to refund my money! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I'm now filing a claim with my bank and payment service to get my money back, as customer service is utterly useless! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!
