Placing an order online was simple; we ordered a bed and a nightstand, but the nightstand was not in stock despite appearing available on the website at the time of order. It turned out it wouldn’t be ready for shipping until late January. I had to cancel the nightstand to ensure the bed arrived before Christmas. Fortunately, the shipping cost only covered one delivery, so they promptly refunded the nightstand without any hassle, and the bed was delivered on schedule. Communication could be improved, as I had to reach out twice for updates on shipping and delivery. The bed arrived in excellent condition, and the delivery person was very friendly.
