This seller is a complete scam, and my experience mirrors the other reviews here. They mislead customers about their identity and the quality of their products. If you want a refund, you must pay to return the product to another country, which they know is prohibitively expensive, effectively deterring anyone from actually obtaining a refund. The misrepresentation is unacceptable.
