This seller is a scam. The jewelry is low quality and comes from overseas. When I requested to return for a refund, they would only provide a partial refund unless I shipped the product back at my own expense, to another country. They then offered discounts on future orders as if I would ever order again. Don’t waste your time or money. The product is terrible.
The advertising here is completely misleading! Their 'original pricing' is laughable, as the actual prices are still too high for the poor quality. I regret not researching this site before making a purchase and wish I could share a picture to show the difference between what was advertised and what I received. It's a complete joke. When I requested a refund and offered to return the items, I was told I could only receive a 30% refund and a discount on a future order! As if I’d want to order more junk! I thought this seller was closing down, and it seemed to be Canadian—or at least claimed to be. My first doubt arose when I noticed that the available stock differed between the French and English versions of their site. I decided to place an order anyway. It took far too long to deliver in Canada for a company that supposedly operates here. Upon receipt, some items were clearly labeled 'Made in China'... Not worth your money!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the Ocean Promise necklace and after waiting three weeks, what I received was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted the seller, and they offered me a full discount on another item instead of refunding my money. Of course, I would still have to pay for shipping on the new item. What a scam! Avoid this seller!
