I placed orders at two different times. The first order was acceptable but took over a month to ship, with slow response times. I was informed it was due to a holiday in Japan, and it finally arrived after two months. My second order was through a related site for specific figures, but once again, the item took a long time to ship (two weeks). When I reached out, I received the same excuse about the holiday, which felt convenient. I was promised it would ship the following week, but after another week, it still hadn’t. Over a month passed since my order. I inquired again and was told they would check with the warehouse. After another week with no updates, I was informed the item was damaged and I’d be refunded. By then, it was sold out elsewhere, so I asked for details on the damage. I waited days for photos, and after two weeks of following up, I was told they would send photos again. My hope was fading as it seemed they were just delaying. Eventually, after a week and a half, they said they would buy a replacement and process my refund, which I accepted. However, after a week, no refund came, and I was told to wait longer. After a few days, I was informed they would urge finance. Another week passed with no refund! Upon inquiring one last time, I was told it would be initiated soon, and finally, I received a notification that it had been processed. After getting the refund, I asked when the item would arrive and was told I’d be updated, but that update never came. I ordered this in October 2025. It’s clear they make customers go through unnecessary hoops to reveal they never had the item, and the refund process is overly complicated. I wouldn’t recommend using them. Edit: They didn’t even remove the item from their website.
