The shop and their support is perfect and there should be more like them. They helped me through problems with the company taking care of the shipping and they're surprisingly responsive, I never had to wait more than an hour to have an answer. 10/10 will order again. The only negative point that could be made better if it was changed is the shipping company. So I'm not removing a star, the store itself has done nothing wrong and like I said, they're very helpful.The shipping, was handled by FedEx. It took a full week and fighting with FedEx Customer Service over multiple tickets to finally receive my package. Apparently FedEx service is pretty mediocre when delivering items to individuals like you and me. So be aware of that possibility
