I applied for an account on 7 December and was informed I would hear back within 10 working days. That period has elapsed, and only now am I being asked for more documents. If additional information was necessary, it should have been communicated much sooner. As a student, I urgently require a bank account for tuition payments and salary deposits. This delay is wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. A bank should be dependable and communicate effectively — this experience has not been.
