There was a little long waiting time at first, but once I got in contact with my case manager, Lillian, things started to move pretty fast and I got the best support for my questions and clear instructions of what was needed. So I’m very grateful, and I was able to get all done from my sofa so to speak, all online.

The only downside was the 3-week wait to get an initial response from the bank, which was frustrating given how urgent my need was. Faster initial replies would make the experience perfect.
I was scammed by a fake website. When I asked the bank to resolve the dispute and recover the money, they resolved the issue and I got my money back. I am very grateful and thankful to the bank's team. This is a bank worth using for everyone. I highly appreciate this. Thank you very much.

I recently opened an account and was impressed by the quick response time. The process was direct and efficient, without any time-wasting or unnecessary questions. A special thanks to Oliver, who was kind, patient, and truly understood the bigger picture of my company.
The app itself has been great, easy to use, simple and efficient. I had to open a business account recently, which I wasn't a fan of having to do, but the Lunar team has been efficient. My only qualm was I felt with our exchanges I was at time being rushed through a pipeline, and I had a couple questions I wanted answering before moving forward. These questions were ignored until I pressed the matter. That was annoying. But I got my answers and there were no problems past that point.
I applied for an account on 7 December and was informed I would hear back within 10 working days. That period has elapsed, and only now am I being asked for more documents. If additional information was necessary, it should have been communicated much sooner. As a student, I urgently require a bank account for tuition payments and salary deposits. This delay is wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. A bank should be dependable and communicate effectively — this experience has not been.
On 12 December, I transferred money between accounts under my name. The only mistake I made was not sending the funds directly to the final account. Since then, my money seems to have disappeared. Despite providing transaction proof and ownership verification, I cannot track my funds and still lack access to them. As of 19 December, there has been no clear explanation regarding the status of my money or when this issue will be resolved. This delay has affected my ability to buy gifts for my family, leading to significant stress during what should be a joyful time. This has been my worst banking experience. The lack of transparency, slow processing, and poor communication have only worsened the situation. I hope the service addresses this matter urgently and improves customer support.
