As of 19 December, there has been no clear explanation regarding the status of my money or when this issue will be resolved. This delay has affected my ability to buy gifts for my family, leading to significant stress during what should be a joyful time. This has been my worst banking experience. The lack of transparency, slow processing, and poor communication have only worsened the situation. I hope the service addresses this matter urgently and improves customer support.
