I am not able to leave a review on the product because I haven’t received it yet. I ordered this item on November 5, 2025 and was told that went through customs by November 25, 2025. I have not received it yet and today is January 9, 2026. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I received one response in November stating that it was due to the holidays that there would be an extended shipping time. But it is now two months later and they have not responded to one single email. Horrible customer service, by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
