I reserved it through their website, and minutes later, I received a confirmation email stating the item was set aside for me for three days. A team member would contact me soon to arrange an appointment. Everything seemed perfect until, after 24 hours with no contact, I called the store only to find out that the item had been sold to someone else. After expressing my disappointment, they assured me they would try to resolve it and get back to me. I did receive a call saying they could get another one in 7 to 10 days, but it would cost an extra £230 since it was no longer on sale. They suggested I visit the store to see if I liked something else. The next day, the store manager reached out and offered to honor the sale price for a new watch. I appreciate the company's understanding, which restored my faith in dealing with a local store.
