I quickly reserved it online and received a confirmation email stating it would be held for me for three days. A team member was supposed to contact me to arrange an appointment. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until 24 hours passed without any news. After several attempts, I reached the store only to find out that the watch had been sold to someone else. I expressed my disappointment, and they promised to see what they could do and call me back. To my surprise, they did call, saying they could get another one in 7 to 10 days, but it would cost an extra £230 since it was no longer on sale. They suggested I visit the store to check for other options. The next day, the store manager reached out and kindly offered to honor the sale price for a new watch. I truly appreciate the understanding shown by the store, and this experience has restored my faith in shopping locally.
