Adverstised as a London based store relocating to Shrewsbury (my hometown) hence a closing down sale during the relocation. Photos looked good, sale price seemed good with free delivery. After placing the order realised that it is coming directly from China, and there is no London store - they are not even UK based. Item took three weeks to arrive and is of the poorest quality. Basically a scam. Waiting to hear about a refund but not holding my breath.Update: after many emails complaining they increased a partial refund to 50% from an initial 20% offer. The item will be going in the bin.
