I’m not sure this is an actual business. Do not order. I placed a Christmas gift order on December 5th. After inquiring near Christmas, they said they would expedite. The order never arrived. I asked for a refund in January. Lunvera then said the package was delivered. I went to the post office with Lunvera’s tracking number, but the post office had no such number in in their system

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Usually I check reviews before I purchase but for this one. Somehow I forgot to do the due diligence. Big mistake. The item I received in no way looked like or even cane close to the description provided for the body suit in the video or images. Unbelievable trash! I do not recommend the body suit from this site (Lunerva)! It will not fit anyone properly, so I can't even give it away!

Would rate this company a zero if possible

If I could, I would give this company a zero. I thought my order was coming from the UK, but the tracking revealed it was shipped from China. The product quality was poor, and my attempts to get a refund have gone unanswered. I’m considering contacting trading standards.

Terrible quality garment

Beware of this scam

I foolishly believed this was a UK-based company and ended up with poor-quality clothing. Returning the items cost me more money, and despite the return being confirmed, I am still fighting for my refund. This is clearly a scam operation.

Poor communication and service

The communication and service were terrible. I never received my order, and when I attempted to reorder, my order was canceled without explanation. Support has not responded to my inquiries.
