I initially gave a 1-star review because my table was delivered damaged, and then one of the chairs broke a week later. However, I realize that issues can arise, and it’s the company’s response that counts. The service team was fantastic. They replaced the chairs within days, and although the tabletop took a bit longer, it was eventually replaced too. They even came to install the new top, which was a kind gesture beyond my expectations. Accidents can happen with any business, but their handling of the situation was remarkable.
